Meeting Facilities at Flint Oak

A number of firms are finding that a little time spent going “back to the basics” helps a lot in molding corporate character. Executives discover much about teamwork when the meeting environment eliminates outside distractions causing participants to interact both at the planned sessions and during non-meeting hours.

Flint Oak provides a unique retreat from the “real world” hustle and bustle and creates an atmosphere conducive to productive meetings. Participants get acquainted with each other on an entirely different level while engaging in outdoor activities or relaxing in the quiet ambiance of the Lodge. You get “more bang for your bucks” when you meet at Flint Oak!

The Lodge Executive Center contains two formal meeting rooms, the Flint Room and the Oak Room. Used individually, each room can accommodate up to 35 - seminar style. Your meetings can be custom tailored to include set ups for break time, from beverages and snacks to a continental breakfast or even a full meal.

The Flint and Oak rooms are elegantly appointed and can be combined to seat up to seventy people. A complete selection of audio and visual equipment is available for rent. We can also provide Meeting Kits complete with legal pads, pen and pencil in an attractive binder.

Two new meeting rooms have been added in the expanded Lodge. The Board Room is an executive retreat with all the amenities suitable for groups up to twelve. It's elegant appointments and relaxing chairs will make every meeting a delight. Video conferencing will be available as well as computer and Internet hookups.

The Mallard Room can accommodate up to 200 guests. Speakers stand before an elegant wildlife scene that creates the feeling of being outdoors. Ideal for charity auctions, corporate entertaining, or special family events such as reunions and retirement parties.

The Clubhouse (where we formerly held breakfast and lunch) is now available for meetings and a variety of other group activities. It can accommodate up to eighty, has an adjoining patio, and is a stand-alone, private facility. The Clubhouse is an ideal economical facility for reunions, auctions, company parties, etc.

Our old Member Lodge has been renamed the VIP Lodge. This facility may be rented in its entirety and includes six deluxe sleeping rooms, plus a spacious area suitable for meetings, weddings, and other special events where deluxe accommodations are desired. Centrally located in Hunt Village, guests can walk to the sporting clays course, swimming pool, and Lodge.

Meeting facilities are available to non-members April 1st through September 30th annually.
